Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the flour mill to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all staff.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in manufacturing.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
