Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of QA inspectors and technicians to ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems, procedures, and methodologies in manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and tests to identify defects, non-conformities, or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and corrective actions for management review.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices, tools, and industry regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, or industry-specific certifications).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Logistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA), and regulatory standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing QA team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to address quality-related challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QA software, and ERP systems; familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
