Responsibility
- Oversee and mentor the quality inspection team to ensure adherence to daily production targets and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing data to detect, report, and mitigate potential quality deviations or trends.
- Implement and maintain rigorous Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations for product non-conformance and execute effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering departments to streamline manufacturing processes without compromising output quality.
- Perform regular audits of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure zero-defect shipment goals.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs regarding quality standards and safety protocols for production staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC supervisory role within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management certifications.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) tools, Six Sigma methodologies, and data analysis software.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- High level of technical aptitude and familiarity with rubber or automotive manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
