Responsibility
- Supervise and lead the QA team during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor and inspect production processes to identify and resolve quality issues in real-time.
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols, including documentation and reporting of defects or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor QA team members on best practices, safety protocols, and quality assurance techniques.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements before shipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
