Responsibility
- Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Oversee and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring efficient resource allocation and team productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce safety, security, and quality control procedures in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role in logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices in logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
