Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with industry standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
- Conduct regular inspections of construction materials, workmanship, and processes to ensure adherence to specifications and regulations.
- Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and other quality checks, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, deviations, and root cause analyses for management review.
- Monitor and audit supplier and vendor quality to ensure materials meet project requirements.
- Train and mentor site personnel on quality control best practices and safety protocols.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings to review quality plans and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, etc.) and local regulations.
- Certification in QA/QC, NDT, or Six Sigma is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in using quality management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
