Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation and project records.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of inspection requests, from initiation to final sign-off.
- Ensure all construction equipment and measuring tools are calibrated according to industry standards.
- Compile and verify technical test results and certificates for project submission.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- Draft and follow up on Non-Compliance Reports (NCR) to ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers to resolve quality-related site issues.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all project-related technical documents and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Licensed Professional preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction standards, safety protocols, and building regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test reports.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and construction management software.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for liaising with site teams and inspectors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
