Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction works adhere to engineering drawings, specifications, and international standards.
- Coordinate and witness material testing and site laboratory activities to verify quality compliance.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and collaborate with the construction team to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, material certifications, and as-built records.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party testing agencies to facilitate site audits and inspections.
- Perform internal quality audits to evaluate project processes and ensure adherence to internal company standards.
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs to project management to ensure project goals are achieved within budget and timeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Building Codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in interpreting complex architectural and structural engineering plans.
- Experience in managing quality documentation and reporting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently between project sites in Metro Manila, Pampanga, and Pangasinan.
