Responsibility
- Analyze and interpret product requirements to develop comprehensive QA test plans and protocols.
- Conduct thorough process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
- Lead end-to-end testing, validation, and verification of products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and resolve quality-related issues, documenting root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, logistics) to align QA processes with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on QA metrics, providing insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Assist in product development lifecycle, from prototyping to final delivery, ensuring quality at every stage.
- Train and mentor junior QA staff, fostering a culture of precision and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, product management, or process improvement within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or statistical software).
- Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and compliance standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
