Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals to maintain high-quality production and service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and optimize processes.
- Analyze quality data and trends to drive data-informed decisions and enhance overall product quality.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and certifications.
- Train and educate staff on quality control methodologies and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality issues effectively.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQM, Six Sigma) is a plus.
