Responsibility

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and software (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., CQM, Six Sigma) is a plus.
