Responsibility
- Oversee daily shift operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff to ensure high performance.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to maintain smooth workflows.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Liaise with international stakeholders using Mandarin to facilitate clear communication.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
