Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Analyze quality data and trends to provide insights for process optimization.
- Support the training of production staff on quality best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO/TS standards.
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and techniques (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
