Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital or manual systems.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and store materials, tools, and products in designated areas for easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and process orders for delivery, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., inventory software, Excel, or ERP systems).
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics processes and supply chain management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
