Responsibility
- Supervise daily trading post operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Oversee the appraisal and collection processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and train team members to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trading and collections activities.

Qualifications
