Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, materials, and processes to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Document and report quality control findings, including non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and improve overall product consistency.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in product development and testing phases to provide quality-related insights and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
