Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure fleet readiness.
- Monitor and manage fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, servicing, and compliance documents.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and disposal of old ones.
- Provide support in training drivers on safety protocols and vehicle operation.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for fleet-related services.
- Prepare and submit reports on fleet status, incidents, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Completed any relevant course or vocational training.
- Hold a valid Professional Driver's License (B-B1/Manual).
- Proven mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with vehicles.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
