Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products, materials, and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify defects, inefficiencies, or non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows and improve product quality.
- Prepare detailed reports on QA findings, including root cause analysis and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in QA tools (e.g., statistical analysis software, calibration equipment).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with ERP or MES systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
