Responsibility
- Program and optimize CMM inspections using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MCOSMOS.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct thorough inspections and measurements to ensure product compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Generate detailed reports on inspection results and quality metrics.
- Train and mentor junior QA staff on CMM operations and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in metrology technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in CMM software (PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS).
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
