Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, storage optimization, and timely order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) systems to align supply with demand.
- Monitor stock levels, forecast requirements, and implement just-in-time (JIT) inventory strategies to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to streamline supply chain workflows and reduce lead times.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all warehouse activities.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency in purchasing and warehouse processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, warehouse management, or PPIC roles within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, or WMS) and procurement software.
- Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and secure cost-effective contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian to liaise with local and international stakeholders.
