Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, expenditures, and supplier performance for auditing and reporting.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and project management teams to align purchasing activities with budget and project timelines.
- Resolve any supply chain issues or delays proactively to minimize project disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing/ERP software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make cost-effective decisions.
- Knowledge of local and international supplier networks is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
