Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects in Bali, ensuring alignment with company standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies to streamline project timelines and mitigate risks.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, design specifications, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between internal departments and external partners to achieve project milestones.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and market analysis.
- Represent Megaworld Corporation in community engagements and stakeholder meetings to build strong local relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate project management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, zoning laws, and building codes in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD or BIM tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
