Responsibility
- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end development of real estate projects, from feasibility studies to handover, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with investors, government agencies, contractors, and internal teams to secure approvals and foster collaboration.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and proactively implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all developments meet regulatory standards, sustainability goals, and client expectations.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project financials, including cost control, ROI analysis, and funding strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in real estate project development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of property development, construction management, and land acquisition in Indonesia.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and financial modeling tools.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams, negotiate contracts, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with Indonesian real estate laws, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia fluency is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal abilities.
