Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end property development projects, from planning to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate on-site activities, including construction, inspections, and compliance with local regulations and safety protocols.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to align project objectives and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and present updates to stakeholders, including senior management and investors.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues such as delays, cost overruns, or resource constraints.
- Ensure all projects meet sustainability and design standards, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials and services.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities, communities, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and enhance the company’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the property development or construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and local regulations in Indonesia (Bali-specific experience is advantageous).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and tools for budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret blueprints, financial reports, and technical documents.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and travel to project sites as required.
