Responsibility

  • Monitor and track order deliveries, resolving any delays or discrepancies to maintain production schedules.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier performance using ERP or procurement software.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers for critical materials.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or procurement software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with incoterms, shipping logistics, and international trade regulations is a plus.
