Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the organization.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Track and report on procurement activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance metrics.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues with suppliers, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities in the procurement space.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to align procurement strategies with budgetary and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, or CCTV industry procurement is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
