Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best deals for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Track orders and follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and explore new vendor opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian supplier networks and local procurement regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
