Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet production demands.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Track and report on procurement expenditures, budget adherence, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and cost-effective alternatives.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management, vendor evaluation, and contract administration.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
