Responsibility

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet production demands.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Track and report on procurement expenditures, budget adherence, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and cost-effective alternatives.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and reduce lead times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
