Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for healthcare products, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value for the company.
- Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements in the procurement system.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve discrepancies between orders and deliveries, including quality issues or quantity mismatches.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare retail sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize procurement processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare product regulations, certifications, and quality standards in Indonesia.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
