Responsibility
- Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies for Korean and Japanese cuisine.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternatives as needed.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of Korean or Japanese is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
