We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Staff to support our procurement operations. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet production demands.

Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other production essentials.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to align procurement with operational needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new supplier opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess supplier reliability and cost efficiency.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Knowledge of local and international sourcing regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits and trade shows.
