Responsibility
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and services required for manufacturing operations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align procurement strategies.
- Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics is a plus.
