Responsibility
- Source and procure raw materials, equipment, and services required for manufacturing operations.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
