As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to support our commitment to excellence. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Bali, offering a competitive salary range of ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 per month, along with the chance to grow within a forward-thinking company.
Responsibility
- Source and procure high-quality products from reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to meet demand.
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchases, deliveries, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, stores, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting for procurement needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and supplier networks in the industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
