Responsibility
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from approved suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Evaluate supplier reliability, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process purchase orders and invoices.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
