Responsibility
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Source, screen, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular price negotiations to optimize company expenditure.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Verify receipt of materials and reconcile invoices with purchase orders for accuracy.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and analysis for management review.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with suppliers.
- High level of integrity and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced automotive industry environment.
