Casa Luna Group, a prominent culinary icon in Ubud, is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our restaurant operations, ensuring that our kitchens and outlets are perfectly stocked with the high-quality ingredients and supplies our guests expect.
As our Purchasing Staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient inventory flow, negotiating with local vendors, and optimizing our procurement processes. Responsibility
- Execute daily purchasing activities based on requisition orders from restaurant outlets.
- Source, vet, and maintain professional relationships with local and national suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on all incoming goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and delivery invoices in the system.
- Collaborate with the finance department to process payments and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of local markets and supplier networks in Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software (POS/ERP).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Ubud and possess a valid driver’s license.
