Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on F&B equipment, including blenders, refrigerators, ice machines, and POS systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in store facilities.
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Mixue’s global protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed maintenance logs for audit and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with store managers to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Source and manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance tasks.
- Train staff on basic equipment handling and safety procedures to prevent operational disruptions.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests across multiple store locations in Bali.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Technical certification or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) and local compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in confined spaces.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
