Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., revenue, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency) and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory standards across all locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to execute promotions, menu updates, and inventory management.
- Resolve escalated customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, address challenges, and reinforce company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet or area management role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and team development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B industry trends, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with local regulations and cultural nuances in Bali (preferred).
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations.
