Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of Tealive beverages, including signature teas, coffees, and specialty drinks, with consistency and precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and memorable experience for every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions and managing daily sales reports.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting supply needs to the store manager.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special promotions.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, recipes, and service techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, in F&B, or a similar customer-facing role (fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, including tea and coffee brewing techniques (training provided).
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- High standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
