Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, components, and services related to CNC machining and secondary processes.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual agreements.
- Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in CNC machining or manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance in procurement.
