Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts.
- Evaluate supplier performance, conduct market research, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to streamline purchasing workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, spending, and vendor performance to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or procurement software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian market suppliers and local procurement regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
