Responsibility
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and evaluate their performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards is a plus.
