Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines for goods and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, logistics) to align procurement activities with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry benchmarks to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Analyze spend data and generate reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier communications in the ERP system.
- Resolve supplier disputes, delivery delays, or quality issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record of negotiation, cost reduction, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, contract management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
