Responsibility
- Source and procure high-quality raw materials and ingredients for gelato production.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to avoid shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan purchases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of food industry procurement is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
