Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport products to designated retail locations as per delivery schedules.
- Verify delivery documents (e.g., waybills, invoices) and ensure accurate handovers to recipients.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations during transportation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or delays immediately to the logistics coordinator.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors).
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks (lifting up to 25 kg).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads (especially Badung, Canggu, or Denpasar) is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings, as required.
