Responsibility
- Source and procure high-quality materials and supplies for furniture and interior projects.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with production schedules.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient purchasing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of furniture and interior materials is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
