Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in China to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage the entire procurement cycle, including RFQs, purchase orders, and contract management.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align procurement strategies with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably with China-based suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
