Responsibility
- Assist the purchasing team in sourcing and procuring raw materials and supplies.
- Support sales activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update inventory records and procurement databases.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers under supervision.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and purchasing departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of procurement and sales processes is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
