Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order (PO) creation.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to meet operational demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to streamline purchasing workflows.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles (retail industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and supplier data.
- Familiarity with contract terms, legal compliance, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
