Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to meet company procurement needs.
- Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and service.
- Track market trends and supplier performance to recommend improvements in procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analyses and savings achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or electro-mechanical industries is a plus.
